Okay I know. (BORED)
Today,
I went to meet the Brunei onions in school for a meeting and then followed by dance practice. I have to report to school every Wednesday to practice my CULTURAL dance with the Onions! : )
Ouh if you don’t know who the Onions are let me introduce them to you. : ) (I’ve got none of their pictures so next time)

*cross fingers*
I hope I didn’t miss anyone. :S
I was so reluctant to come every Wednesday but because of all these nice people they made my day so I wouldn’t mind yawning in the early sunrise to spend the time with them. : )
Adam sent me home as a birthday gift, and I have my lunch.
Clock ticked and I was so bored that I decided to take my brother’s 600++ mountain bike so that I can cycle as part of my working out training rather than doing nothing at home.
It took me 30minutes to reach school and then I played table tennis with Asyraf, I get to see my Miss Yiwen Teo and her teammates. : )
After all, I felt like pumping my heart out to run.
Yes to maintain my fitness level I ran 20 rounds around the 370m track which means I ran a total of 7.4km, in 36minutes. And so I realised my timing really slack a lot. I got slower. After running I stretched for a while and then straight away I rode back home under the shimmering lights of Singapore along the Ulu Woodlands road. But this time it was faster maybe because I was super hungry that made me rushed so badly. Lol.
Home sweet home; wash my bike + growling stomach. Came to realise there was little food/nutrients that I could take to replenish my glycogen stores (it’s where you get your energy from. It’s in your liver). So I fried eggs and rice, dumping everything inside my stomach like a starving fat boy who hasn’t eats for hours.
To end things, I just hope tomorrow will be a good day. : )
Shabidubidum! :) Going off liao see you!
