Sunday. : )

The day started off with a "wash the toilet" event, then i had a little discussion with my mum and my younger brother about the family's condition and financial status.

She decided to buy my brother a brand new running shoes too. : )

(and I am trying hard to convince my brother to join the race with me. -.-")

Got a wedding invitation from my dad's friend. After a long period of time I did not attend any since last 2 years, I broke that longlost trip to join my family.

Yea, it made my day so much. travel to all the way to pasir ris. SO far lah. But when we reached the place, i was filled with astonishment because its been 2 years and the designs of these events really have been improving. Its like a hotel setting! so beautiful! now i think i should just get married at the void deck. HAHA.

Went to Bukit PanjanG Plaza to get my brother's shoe when i saw Fendi classmate at the same shop. haha! hello! : )

Took a nap, at 5pm. I have to go with the schedule..

(i know its like stupid to keep putting my route map, i just want to keep track of my performance, so bear with it yo)

From home to sayang's place, lakeside.

I do not want to describe the feeling having to run the furthest distance i've ever run with constant speed in my whole damn life. F-ing painful experience.

I should just blame the food i ate during the wedding event. :P

I completed that route in 36mins.

So that means my average speed is, 3m/s.

So if i were to run 10K, my possible timing will be

2000/3 = 666seconds. (WHY IS THE NUMBER 666?!) dont bother.

666 seconds = 11.1mins.

36+11 = 47mins.

APPROX time to finish 10K is 47mins.

I still have a long way to go i guess. : )

Had dinner with sayang and then went back home by bus. haha. : )
